We would like to send a special and heart felt thank you in the successful marketing of our home.  Nicole and I were very upset with our previous realtor, and the six months of failing to sell our home.  After our first meeting, for the first time we felt excited and confident (which was difficult due to our past experience) that under Cindy Oyen and her support staff our home would finally be sold.  We appreciated the time Cindy spent with us analyzing what we could do to present the house better.  Although it was only two years old, and needed very little to be presentable, her attention to detail adding "home" touched to an otherwise vacant house, replacing a burned out light bulb, dusting the furnace top, etc.) was exceptionable.  The amount of marketing (color photo fliers, CD ROMs, color ads, realtor only open house prior to listing) Cindy and her team put forth is second to none, and is one of the reasons the house sold within days of being listed.  Finally, her assistance in leading us to another realtor in our new city was greatly appreciated, and just another example of how far she goes above  and beyond "the line of duty."
